BERLIN AND BASLE
BERLIN, 20th August, Attention is being attracted by a paragraph in the bankers' report from Basle saying: "Wo think it essential that the international payments by Germany should not imperil the maintenance of' her financial stability." This is interpreted here as being in the nature of a recommendaton for a general revision of reparations.
