BROKEN BYLAWS
:-. Offenders, against the bylaws were dealt with ,;at the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon by Mr. W. H. Woodward, 5.M.., Alphbnsps 'Casey was fined £1 on each of two charges of allowing stock to wander. Benjamin Martolli and Robert Archibald w.ere 'fined £1 and 10s respectively for: similar offences.- r A find off £2 was' inflicted on -Cyril -Thurstou for speeding. George Williamson and Hiintley Ross were each fined £1 10s, and Benjamin Price, Edward G. Easton, and Basil Love were each fined £1 for similar offences. • For failing to have containers covered, i Arthur G: iCornwall was fined 10s. A fine of j£2 was inflicted on Albert W. Lee for failing to. obtain a heavy traffic licence., . [ William. Heggie and Michael L. Stiver were each,inue<l iOs for breaches of the parking regulations'. - George Miller was fined £1 10s for failing to liave a proper registered number plate on a motor vehicle.
