PALMEHSTON N., This Day. The conference resumed this morning. It was decided to form an association for the advancement of grass farming. The following officers were elected :—President, Mr. A. H. Cockayno; secretary and treasurer, Mr. E, p. Connell; lion..auditor, J[r. 0. H. Sehwass; committee, Messrs. A. W. Hudson F. L. Scrivener, J. W. Hadfield.

It was resolved that tho first annual meeting beheld at Lincoln College in Decenibor.
