DUNEDIN, This Day. Captain Coll M'Donald, who is almost certain to' stand in the interests of the united Party, was formerly marine siiperintondent of the Union Steam Ship Company. He is a member of the Otago Harbour Board and last year was chairman of that body. It is understood thiit he will oppose the Hon. W. Downiu Wlcwart for t'io Dunediu West scat
