OWNERS AND MINERS
SETTLEMENT RATIFIED
(BriLlsh Official Wlroless.) RUGBY, 4th August. The settlement between the Scottish coal owners and the miners was ratified on Monday, when/ at a meeting of the Scottish Co.il Conciliation Board, an agreement was signed respecting the new wage terms for the'74-hour shift.
