Public interest is still being maintained in the (iliargc oL' niiii'dcr against George Errol Coats, and the Magistrate's Court was again ciwvdcd; ; lhis morning when the accused made another brief appearance in the dock, to be remanded until 6th August ou the charge of murdering Phyllis Avis
Symons.
Sub-Inspector Ward made the application. JMr. C. A. L. Tread well, with Mr. IL J. V. James, appeared for Coats, who is described as a labourer, aged 29. Mr. X Page, S.M., was on the Bench., .
