VALUE OF UNANIMITY

"I do most sincerely trust this year will see that so far as Kugby football is concerned the British Empire is an undividod body, all parts working together with one common purpose and in complete harmony," states Mr. James Baxter, manager of tho British Kugby team which toured New Zealand; in a letter received by Mr. S. ]?. Wilson, of Christehurch, describing as "splendid news" tho. New Zealand "Bugby Union's decision to accept tho International Board's rulings. Mr. Baxter said that he entirely agreed with New Zealanders upon the value',of Kugby football from the Empire point of view.
The suggestion for a . conference while tho South African team was : in England also has I he hearty support;' of Mr. Baxter, and he is sure will have that of (lie English Union, the president of which has agreed that a conference .every three years is essential.
