THE KYLSANT CASE
ADDRESSES TO JURY
FRAUD DENIED

LONDON, 29th July.
| Sir John Simon, addressing the juryj in, the Kylsant case, said that if' civil proceedings followed the trial Kylsant's <;o-directors might be made defendants with Kylsant. Therefore, consulting their own proper interests, they; might desire to be protected at the present trial.
Referring to the prospectus charge, he said that lie could not imagine a greater proof of Lord Kylsant 's honesty, than tho fact that he subscribed his own money for stock.
Sir Patrick Hastings^ on behalf of Harold Morland, stressed tho fact that the heads of norland's profession had sworn that he had done nothing wrong.
The Attorney-General, Sir W. Jowitfc, said that the prospectus was dishonest and false. It was intended to deceive* investors and did deceive them.
Tho Judge sums up to-morrow.
