CANBEEBA, 20th July. The Federal Opposition lias decided to prevent the Federal Government from obtaining appropriation for a full year as will bo attempted by the Prime Minister (Mr. ... 11. Suullin) before Parliament goes into rceoss this week.

Mr. J. A. Lyons has communicated this decision to Mr. Scullin, informing liim that tho Opposition intended to limit tho authority for expenditure to tho first threo months of tho current financial year.

Tho Opposition reels equally responsible with the Government for tho success of the rehabilitation plan, and should be in a position to deal with whatever developments arise in the next few months.
