ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at -l-\ a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council held on Thursday, the 4th June, 1931, the following resolution ' was passed:—The Wellington City Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order to grant a lease of an area of land containing approximately twenty- ; two perches (22p), and being part of the 1 Town- Belt of the City of Wellington, situated near the eastern entrance to the ' new Kilbirnie Tunnel for the purposes of a petrol station for a term of five (5) years, commencing on the 20th day of July, 1931, with a right of renewal for a further term of five (5) years, at a rental to be fixed by arbitration, and to call tenders for the lease which it is hereby resolved to grant.
