CHRISTCHURCH, 13 th. July.
Tho Christchurch Tramway Board's receipts for the financial year ■ just closed totalled £254,760, and operating expenses £175,016. Aftor deducting interest, sinking fund, renewal charges, and losses on buses there remained a surplus of £4387.
Tho receipts include £27,272 derived fror.i advertising and the sole of current to the Public Works Department.
