PRAISE FOR A REFEREE
A correspondent, Si L. Marshall, Tirrites expressing appreciation of the refereeing of the Rev. Mr. Lenard, a visiting official, in the Rugby match between Wellington- and Marist at Athletic Park on Saturday. He says that he feels sure both teams must have been more than pleased with Mr. Lenard's consistently .. correct and prompt decisions, and expresses the hope that Mr. Lenard will-be available again to act as referee in Wellington during the season. ."'.''
