Patrick M'Gnivc, '«■ labourer, was convicted of drunkenness and discharged by Mr.'E. Page, S.M., at the Magistrates Court to-day. For damaging a.cell utensil valued at 11s Cd, lie was convicted and ordered to pay for the damage, and also to pay hospital expenses amounting to 12s, in default seven days'• imprisonment.
