RUGBY'S ASSISTANCE
• As a result of takings at the Rugby football matches played on ... Charity Saturday under the auspices of the Wellington Rugby iUnion, charitable objects will benefit to the extent, of £381 16s. Those organisations which have been assisted previously will share a sum of £118, and the Mayor's relief fund will benefit by £110, while the following amounts will assist trelief funds in the suburban districts: Lower Hutt, £49 11s; Petone, £66 15s 6d; Eastbourne, £6 2s lid; Upper Hutt, £3.175; and Johnsonville, £27 9s 4d.. '
