WAGE REDUCTION
BRADFORD WOOL TRADE
NOTICE TO WORKERS
LONDON, 9th July.
A surpriso has been created in the wool and textile industry at Bradford by tho announcement that a number of employers have decided that they are no longer ablo to maintain the present rates of wages, and accordingly are making reductions of 11.7 per cent, in tho wages of time workers.
Instead of a general notice, each operative will receive notice at the week-end.
