JUDGMENT SUMMONSES
Judgment summons cases in the Magistrate's Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr.. T. B. M'Neil, S.M. ■'■ - ■ John T. Bradley was ordered to pay Dr. L. A. Line £17 8s at the rate of 2s 6d a week in default 16 days' imprisonment; B. Campbell to pay Matheson and Wilkinson, Ltd., £11 18s 6d at the rate of 10s a fortnight, in default 11 days' imprisonment; E.K. Arrowsmithto pay Henry Pettit £27 17s 9d at the.rate of £5 a month, in default 27 days' imprisonment; E. C. Donaldson to' pay F. B. Smith £27 2s Id forthwith,1 in default 27 days' imprisonment; R. Hyde to pay Ohura Town Board £3 a month, in default 15 days' imprisonment; Thomas Sifflet to pay Inez King £7 9s 6d at the rate of 2s 6d a week; ¥. H. Beck to pay Inglis Bros, and Co., Ltd. (in liquidation), £8 19s 4d at the rate of 2s 6d a week, in default nine days' imprisonment. ' •
