This Day. ,Sentence of three years' detention in' Borstal was, passed in! the Magistrate's Court on Jaok Nicol, aged 18, a salesman, for theft of a wreath from- the Kelvin Grqve cemetery.' ', -. Detoctivp Kussell said that thirty similar charges could have been brought against the accused.
