The tonic effect of the Hoover Plai agreement has been offset by the cofc lapse of the. North Gorman Cotton: Company threatening serious consequences to the industry. The company* losses are eleven millions sterling. The capital and reserves of five millions ara. wiped out. German banks are among the- largest creditors.
