DAIRY PRODUCE PRICES IMPROVE.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, has received the following advice from their London house, dated Bth July, with last week's prices in parentheses:—"Butter, New Zealand choicest salted, Tl4s to 115s per cwt (112s); market firm. New Zealand cheese, white, 59s to 60s per cwt (55s to ' 565); coloured, 62s per cwt (57s to 58s). Market steady."
Messrs. Joseph Nathan and, Co., Ltd., have received the following market report from Messrs. Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd.,' London, dated Bth.. July:—"New Zealand butter, 114s' per cwt. New Zealand cheese, white 58s to 59s per cwt., coloured 61s to 62s per cwt. Both markets firm. Butter: 114s per cwt London equals 11.77 d per.lb f.0.b., N.Z., including present premium exchange. Cheese: 60s per cwt. London equals 5.78 d per lb, f.o.b. N.Z., including, present exchange premium."
