OTTAWA, Ist July. _ Expressing a fear " that ■ Canada is faced with the "greatest national calamity tknt has ever overtaken the country" as a result of the serious drought which prevails in Saskatchewan and sections of Alberta and Manitoba, the Premier, Mr. B. B. Bennett, announced in the House of Commons to-day that he would submit to Parliament a measure for the relief of sufferers. Mr. Bennett also announced that it was his intention to submit to Parliament unemployed relief measures,
