GENERAL'S VISIT
Word has been received from the international headquarters' of the Salvation Army in London that it has now been definitely: arranged for General and Mrs. Hizrius to nay their long-deferred. visit to New.Zealand next year. They were to have come two years ago, but events in London in connection with the council of commissioners and the Army Bill in Parliament to amend the constitution demanded the General's presence at the centre. . - General and Mrs. Higgins will be arriving in the Dominion in March, 1032, and will'visit several of'the leading centres, as well as conducting the annual congress in Wellington. -..-.■...
