LONDON, 27th June. 'A message from Blagovestehensk (Siberia) states that tho American round-the-world flyers, Wiley Post and Harold Gatty, have arrived. \

Blagovestehensk is the principal town on the Amur River, about 500 miles north-west of Vladivostok.
