ROWING
PETONE CLUB REUNION
The annual reunion of the Petone Kowing Club was held last night in the club's pavilion, in the form of a dance, which ivaa largely attended.
During the evening prizes for the 1930----31 season were presented by the president (Mr. G-. Findlay) as follows :—
Saunders Plate for Trial Fours: A. E. Jones, R. Meadows, R. Sharon, R. Hollick, and R. Buckland (cox). Purcell Cup for Senior Fours: A. E. Jones, W. Kennedy, G. Palamountain, T. Crooka, and L. Smith (cox). Harlen Cup for Junior Fours: W. liind, N. Dickens, L. Bcnge, B. M'Kay, and D. Braidwood (cox).

Dr. Bakewell's Medal for tlie Most Improved Novice: K. Sharon. : - Mr. J. Moss's Cup for Cox Most Regular in Attendance: L. Smith.
Mr. I. Duncan's Medal for Cox Most Successful in Prowvindal Regattas: R. Buckland.
It. Buckland, L. Smith, and D. Braldwood were each presented with a cap.
Mr.' Findlay also unveiled an honours board,1 on which are recorded races won by the club at provincial'■ championship regattas from 1903. The board was the work of Mr. H. G. Strong, of Petone.
Musical nnd elocutionary " items were given by Mr. and Mrs. R. Millward, Messrs. C. Burridge, L. Price, and L. Boyd. The accompanist was Mrs. O'Neill.
