DUNEDIN, This Day.
Tenders for the now Dunedin Post Office clo»4! on 12th, January. The building is expected to cost £200,000. It will be of nine stories, and specially designed to resist earthquakes. The expenditure cm the foundations amounted to about £20,000. Tho amount spent on wajjes in the construction of tho Imilding- will bo about; £133,000. Tho building will take three years to complete. __^____^____
