AUCKLAND, This Day

In orde rto place its decision tp dismiss certain married woman teachers beyond doubt, the Auckland Education Board intends to securo a declaratory judgment from the Supreme Court. Notices' of dismissal to. teachers who. in the board's opinion would not be harshly treated by dismisasl are being prepared, but if the Court's decision is adverse they will be withdrawn. The board's solicitor, unlike the solicitors of some southern hoards, has advised the board that it has a clear right of dismissal.
