Electing trial by jury, Leonard Walter. Lash, a labourer, aged 34, was committed to the Supremo Court by Mr. 33. Page, S.M., in the Magistrato;'^ Court yesterday, on a charge of. breaking and entering the shop of Howard Parsons, tobacconist and hairdresser, Mercer street, and atealing money anil articles of a total value o£ about &9 Is 6d, and on a cliargo of stealing an overcoat, scarf, and gloves, of a total value of £6, the property of Alfred John Fitzgerald. The'accused pleaded not guilty. . ■ : ■
