Instead of the delirious eheerlrij which greeted King Carol's opening ot. Parliament for the first time last yeary a-silent, listless crowd witnessed Carol and Prince / Michael drive to Parliament in a magnificent carriage with six jet-black horses. The erstwhile boy; King shifted restlessly, while hi« father read the Royal Message, and was troubled and trying to conceal his boredom at the whole proceedings.
