A wireless message from the United States battleship Arkansas, en route for Copenhagen, states that the battleship Wyoming is towing the Wilkins Expedition's submarine, Nautilus, in a heavy rainstorm and fog toward Cobh (Ireland). The engines of the Nautilus are sTill disabled, and the battleship is having difficulty in towing ' her, having to slow down through heavy weather.
