Clark, of Wellington, and florenco Joy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. A. M'Hardy, of Aramoana, Hawkes^Bay. Mr. Clark lately visited tho Dominion on furlough from Nigeria. It is hoped that the wedding will take place iv London in October. ' • The outstanding feature of the Rand Easter Show, held in Johannesburg last month, was an exhibition of glassblowing given by Miss Kingsley, an Australian girl. One of her exhibitions was "The Glass .Dress," which is flexible and is capable of being carried iji a suitcase as any other frock.
