BROKEN BYLAWS

Kerr was convicted and ordered to pay costs on a charge of riding a bicycle after dark without a light. Fines of 10s in each case were inflicted on Colin Berntsen and James Morris tor not having drivers'. licences. . Sidney J. Hodge and Frederick G. Cookson were convicted. and -ordered to pay costs oa similar charges. For attempting to pass a motor-car at an intersection, Frank E. Peterson was convicted and ordered to pay costs. Oliver AY. A.' Anderson, John Mow, and Alfred Rose.were each fined 10s for breaches of the parking regulations.' Alan Keane was convicted and ordered to pay costs, and William Birkett was convicted and discharged for similar offences. Driving in a manner which might have been dangerous to the public cost William A. Jenkins and John R. White £2 each. A fine of £1 10s was inflicted on Colin Berntsen for a similar offence. For not having proper lights on vehicles, Leslie J: Nicholson and James O'Brien were, each fined 10s. For a similar offence John W.Seattle was fined'ss. - ■

A fine of 10s was indicted on Ernest Williams for leaving a motor-car not under proper control.
