MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. E. Page, S.M., presided over a slfci ting of the Magistrate s Court to-day. ■ On the application, of Sub-Inspector Ward, a remand until 24th June was grant* ed in the case of Bernard Braramel Gordon Wildermpth, a printer, aged 39, and George Wells, a labourer, aged 37, who are charged with breaking and entering the shop of Hoyden Leslie Freeman, Courteuay place, and stealing a quantity of ladies' clothing of a total value of about £50.
John Maitlandi a labourer, aged 47, was remanded until 24th June ou a charge of conspiring with some person unknown, tgj .defraud, Charles Williams of .£l3B 15bj __
