(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 15th June, 2.30 p.m.) PARIS, 14th June. The pleasure steamer ■ Saint Philbert, 189 tons, carrying five hundred excursionists, foundered on the Chatellier Reef, near St. Nazaire. There were only eight survivors.
