Open Mouse Show

The bravest women in England gathered at St. Albans recently. They were not afraid of mice! Women exhibitors were in the majority at the Open Mouse Show, held there. Mice of 70 different colours and variety were exhibited, some of them being valued at as much as £100, writes a Londoner.

Held under the auspices of the National Mouse Club and the London and Southern Counties Mouse Club, the promoters claim that it was the largest show of its kind to be held'in the country. There were 17 classes, and 306 entries.. Some of the mice came from Scotland and Wales.
