FINED (By Telegraph.—Press Asfioeiafcicra.} AUCKLAND, This Day. Caught laying totalisator odds at Ellerslie racecourse on Saturday, Harry; il'Chrystal was to-day fined £5. Tho police stated that the-man was a Government employee, and apparently took bets in' his spare time. "There have been a number o£ complaints of men taking bets on the racecourse.
