AMERICAN BANK ROBBERS
CAPTURED IN CANADA
NEW YORK, 23rd May. Two American bank robbers —Louie Kish, a flying student, of Detroit, and Adam Morgan, a mechanic —were captured at Toronto after an exciting chaso covering 600 miles from Pontiac, Michigan, whero in the forenoon they robbed a bank of £3000. Escaping on board an aeroplane into Canada, they landed in a fog at Leamington, Ontario, but fearing the suspicions of airmen who questioned them, they again took off. Iftmning out of petrol, they had to descend near Chatham. Tho pair then boarded a train for Toronto. Here detectives pounced upon them, recovering most of the booty.
