Communist plans for a revolt throughout India are disclosed in a pamphlet found on an agitator on his arrest. Gandhi's ideas are condemned on the ground of their non-violent character. The Reds demand complete independence by a violent overthrow of British rule, the cancellation of debt, the confiscation of all British industries and the property of all landlords, the abolition of Native Stateß, the expulsion of British troops, the abolition of police, the arming of all workers, and the crealion of a Soviet Republic.
