BERHAMPORE SCHOOL
There was a large attendance at the special householders' meeting at the Berhampore School last week; when a home and school association was formed. The chairman (Mr. Cussie) reported on the work of tho provisional committee, and explained the objects of the home and school association. The constitution was read by the secretary (Mr. H. E. Brooker), and confirmed. It was reported that the ox-pupils association had disbanded, and had decided to join up with and hand over its assets to the new association. Mr. N. A. Ingrain, organising sceratary of the Federation of Educational Associations, gave an interesting address on the activities of home and school associations and unity of control, and was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. _ A strong executive committee was elcctrtd, with Mi1.- A. Cussie as president and ilr. 11. E. Brooker as secretary-treasurer.
