'"'• After Mivßlobdworth had prosentod his address, Mr. T. 0. Bishop (employers' advocate) said he did not think any good purpose would be served by cross-examining him. His statement was a- very honest and conscientious expression of opinion. . . ;. "I think all of us who know. Mr. Bloodworth would not expect anything elso, from' him," observed his Honour.In reply to Mr.-.T. Boborts, his Honour intimated that- Mr.- Bloodworth ■ " woiild be regarded .as a witness, and-there was nothing to-prevent tho workers' side from presenting any further evidence it desired.
