(Received Bth May, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. : Tho State Labour caucus has approved of a Bill to bring the whole of the transport systems, including motorbuses and also main roads, under the Ministry of Transport. There will be a Chief Commissioner and four Assistant Commissioners, one ox whom will be. a representative of the rail and tramway employees. Their functions will include the co-ordination of the transport systems. '
