Capital increased to £875,000 by the creation of 45,000 additional ordinary shares of £1 eaph. Imperial Tobacco Co. of New Zealand, Ltd., Wellington/ Capital increased to 405,100 by the creation of .55,000 additional ordinary shares of £1 each.
