Reginald Thomas Norman Eickards, charged, with murdering Arthur Eossiter at KaipaM on 10th April, appeared in .Court to-day after a period of observation! in. a mental hospital, and was remanded to appear at I Hamilton on 13th May, when the police said the ease will.be hoard. Ac'cttscd's counsel; however, intimated 1 that he will ondeavour to have the case I'heard away from Hamilton;
