SUCCESSOR TO PROGRESS
No announcement has yet been made by Holm and Company, owners of ""the,' wrecked steamer Progress as to a successor to that vessel, but the motor-ship Inaha lias been chartered, ponding the arrival of another Vessel. Tho Inaha is'taking up tho Progress's running and sailed yesterday for Tiniaru and Lyttelton, proceeding thenco to Port Waikato. ' ' ( The Inaha is owned by the Soutli Taranaki Shipping Co.; Ltd., and was built at Montroso by the Coaster Construction , Company in 1923. She is a steel twin screw motor vessel of 251 tons gross, and her dimensions are: — Length, 108.2 ft; breadth, 23.1 ft; depth, 9.lft. She is usually engaged in tho Patca-Waugi«iui-Wellington service.
