For failing to attend at tho Supremo Court to-day for service on tho Grand Jury, Francis Diluot Sladdcn was iiued £5. Thomas M'Dowell was lined a similar amount, but on his appearing later and explaining that he had mistaken tho time the fine was reduced to £2 2s.
