City Council business, especially financial businesses, and the restoration of the citizens' right, to represent grievances and requirements to open meetings of the council. Air. M'Keeii also dealt; with the urgent need for improvements to Ihe beaches,'and advocated an extension of bathing facilities, and conveniences to accommodate the crowds which frequent, the benches during the summer months.
