JOHNSONVILLE SALE
Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., jLtd. and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on Johnsonville sale held 28th April sis follows:--To the usual attendance of buyers, we submitted an average yarding of cattle end a full yarding of. sheep. Cattle.—A ' yarding of 178 cattle, comprising mostly prime heavy weight bullocks .with a .few pens of cows. Vealers came forward in smaller numbers than usual. Heavy weight cattle showed a deHineof from 10s to 15s per head. Medium •weight bullocks were on.a par, and cows, jbeifers, and vealers were slightly firmer ihan last week's sale. Sheep.—2l32 penned. Tlie quality oi ;fcbe yarding was good, particularly wethers, •Which were on a par with last, week s sale, ewes were easier to the extent of Is per |iead, while lambs met with a good demand at late rates.
