POINTS FROM CANDIDATES' SPEECHES
Though inLeresL in lhe municipal elections was rather slow in awakening, the meetings are now livening up, and are much better attended than last week. City Council, Hospital Board, and 1 Harbour Board candidates arc speaking at as many as three meetings each night, for rival "tickets" mean doubled arrangements for addresses.
