Ho heard the sentences unmoved. The death sentence ,is -usually' commuted in Prussia.- The Government will consult the President ofthe Court, If the sentence is not commuted, Kuerten will be guillotined. Kuerten begged the forgiveness of his victims' relatives. ; :
The President stated that the evidence proved that Kuerten was not insane. Ho nnyderccl deliberately and consciously.
