The NjV.D.A. Club has been promoted from third to second'division! This leaves only three clubs, Stop-Out, Trcntham, and Corinthians, in the third division, and as this is not enough for 'competition purposes, it was decided to invite all these clubs to compete in the second division this year, with full benefits. Otherwise, these clubs will be unable to compete at all. As there are only six teams in the first reserves, and nine in the second reserves, 'Lower Hutt are to play in the first reserves to make the numbers more even. r The secretary is to ascertain the City Council's attitude regarding reduced charges at the Basin Reserve and -stand charges. v _ The chairman and secretary are to go into- the matter of a dressing-shed at the Kilbirnie Stadium. In connection with the central training ground at the Stadium, N.A.D.A., Seatoun, and Swifts Clubs applied for certain nights. Waterside notified having secured a gymnasium for the season. A practical demonstration of the lighting of the Stadium was attended by the Management Committee last week. The following transfers have been granted:—W. A.
