RUN OVER BY BUS
(By Telegraph.—Press .Association.) WAIHI, This Day. A distressing accident occurred on tho Waihi-Paeroa main road yesterday evening resulting in the death of Edna Joan, the six-year-old daughter of J. B. Buckeridge, a Waikino resident. A Waihi-Paeroa motor-bus filled with workmen returning to their homes at1 Waihi suddenly met tho child, who had just emerged on the run from a hillside track on to tho road. The driver, Poster, who had just turned a bond: in tho road, failed to see tho child, and in a twinkling the heavy vehicle ran over." her.. The child was terribly injured and succumbed.a few hours later in the Waihi Hospital. , I
