ESTIMATES FOR YEAR
LOCAL BODIES' SHARE
The Wellington • City and Suburban Water Supply Board met to-day, Mr. G. A. Troup presiding. ' :
It was decided to spend £100 on track cutting under-the Government's No. 5 scheme, the details to bo left to the City Engineer. A statement of receipts and expenditure showed receipts as £5433 8s 9d and expenditure as £2(756 0s 7d, leaving an unexpended bank balance of £.1677 8s 2d. Amended estimates showed the estimated expenditure for 1931-1932 to be £3953 10s, and estimated receipts, including cash at bank, as' £2995 8s 2d, leaving tho amount required from the local bodies as £568 Is lOd. The estimates were approved. The amount to be. paid by the local bodies are:—
